While working through to-do lists and sticking to appointments does give you a sense of achievement, it’s important to give yourself time to reset. Many go to the gym or out for a run, but those activities can also become part of the grind. Golf offers a real escape.
When we step away from work and schedules, we need more than just physical movement. We also need a revitalising outdoors environment that gives us opportunities to engage and share with others.
